Refund policy


Items purchased from queridacosta.com which are not SALE or otherwise noted as FINAL SALE may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 10 days of receipt by mail.  Please note that a  return label fee of 9.00 usd will be deducted from your refund balance. 



Please note: All swimwear, intimate apparel, bodysuits, hosiery and SALE merchandise are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments. QUERIDA COSTA  will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.

QUERIDA COSTA  is unfortunately not able to offer merchandise exchanges or store credits at this time.



Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and QUERIDA COSTA reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.   QUERIDA COSTA cannot be responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of garment materials.  Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. To ensure a positive experience for all of our clients, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return transactions from such clients at www.queridacosta.com 


HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE BY EMAIL

Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by logging into your querida costa.com account. Locate your order and verify the merchandise you are requesting to return. 



To request a Return Label please contact Customer Service at info@queridacosta.com mentioning your order number and the items you want to return.  We will soon contact you with further instructions and your shipping label. 

Carefully pack your return, when possible, use the original shipping box to faciliate your return, include a copy of your original Pack Slip and the Merchandise Return Form. 



Once we have received your return we will process your refund. 


REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will only be processed after completing the Return Process and the item/s returned have been approved. After approval, we will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and cash-handling fees).

  • Your refund will be processed via the following methods:
  • Credit Card payments are refunded back to the card used in the purchase.
  • PayPal payments are refunded to your PayPal account.
  • If you choose to pay with multiple payment methods, the store credit amount used will be

In light of COVID-19, Ounass is taking extensive precautions to ensure your safety and the safety of our employees. Our response team has enforced stringent measures at every step of your order and delivery process, through enhanced hygiene protocols that put you first. As all our orders are housed with us and dispatched directly from Dubai, every order is cleaned upon arrival until it reaches you, while all products are handled only with protective gloves. For delivery, all our vans are fully cleaned inside and out in an intensive daily process that ensures the utmost hygiene. Drivers are equipped with disinfectants and face masks, and wear protective gloves when handling any order. We promise to always uphold your confidence in us as we do everything in our power to support you and our community.
